I got vote kicked by REMOVED because i didn’t go the merc he wanted to because i could not hear his mic due to a bug with my game where i cannot hear mics i have tried to fix it and due to it i have been banned off that server 
Kind of Annoying because little kids like that kick you because you do not play how they want you to… Anyone else had this drama? he has also cheated by duping the objective on Bridge with his mate so he wouldn’t have a struggle to win the stopwatch

Firstly, you must not name and shame on this forums, it is against rules ( @Faraleth @Amerika @Ardez )
Secondly, no one has rights to tell you what you should play… and since you know level of that person, you didn’t play competitive probably. It is always good to hear advice from more experienced players, but certainly they don’t have rights to force you play something they like.

Yep, had this happen many times to people in lobbies… although the vast majority of the time it’s because someone’s playing Vassili, going 0/15 at the back of the map. 
Not really a whole lot can be done about it, although if you feel someone in particular was abusing the votekick, you can always report them via support: https://support-dirtybomb.nexon.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

Sorry @Faraleth and @Feley I am level 11 my self but my issue there was i could not hear him due to a bug i have i had reinstalled reformatted my PC tried many things to fix it when people talk i cannot hear it at all i have every other sound the receive volume is at 100

Can you not hear them at all? Some people I can’t really hear other than a little noise occasionally, even if they’re speaking. It varies person to person for me though. Some people I hear clearly. I’m sure if I had a headset on or something I’d be able to hear them all though. I’m playing on a T.V.
