vo's not working in goldrush map provided

hello,
i downloaded radiant and tried compiling the goldrush map, and everything works
fine as far as i can tell, except for the vo’s when you take a gold crate…

you hear “objective taken” and nothing else… when you get the crate to the truck
it doesnt say "1st gold crate secured… " or the 2nd… ect…

in the console it say g_scripting unknown trigger ‘gold_crate’
however… that is in the scripting.
it does secure the crate to the truck, but in that part of the script ( truck )
it calls
trigger gold_crate secured

and thats in there, but it doesnt do that part of the script for some reason.

i tried to do a search here, but the search doesnt seem to work.

anyone know what causes this problem in the goldrush map/script provided?
any help would be appreciated… it’'s just driving me insane at the moment.

i remember this subject coming up years ago, with no answer to it… but i just figured it
out. i tried the supergoldrush map to find that it wasnt functioning proper there either…
the script was ajusted to sort of make it work… but the answer is…

the goldrush.map file has a key/value missing from the ctf_redflag for the goldcrates…

scriptname / gold_crate

once thats added back to it, the game code automaticly calls certain triggers in the
scriptname block if they are there or if the scriptname/value is added to the ctf flag.

trigger stolen
trigger dropped
trigger secured
trigger returned

thats not mentioned in the def file for the ctf_redflag either… which it should be.

so the goldrush.bsp that comes with the game could not have been compiled off the
goldrush.map that came with the editor… it was not 100% all there. might have been
a goldrush.map they had laying around when they included it, but not the proper one
that was used to make the original bsp… im guessing of course.

after checking the source code and actually decompiling the goldrush.bsp this mystery
is hopefully layed to rest.
