Voice chat receive volume broke?

Does voice chat receive volume actually work for anyone? I’m curious because I like playing pub matches in peace without the obscene screaming from tryhard kids or the more than casual gamer who takes things a tad too serious. I make it a thing to just mute the whole team when I join but still, its a bit of time spent.

Na, way too loud for me so I turned it off entirely.

I have my receiving volume set and applied to zero but I still hear people talking.

I just disabled it like Ghosthree3 did… No point listening to people screaming over the microphone. Plus, I’m never going to talk back to them… so what’s the point? :L

Yep. VoIP in a pub? No thanks, save my time and my ears.

There’s an option to disable it entirely - a yes/no - but it may only appear in-game. I think it comes under game not audio settings as well.

If I turn the receive volume down it turns the ingame volume down with it.
