VO sound problem

hey all, i’ve got a problem with my custom VO sounds
i think it’s because the way i saved the sounds cuz eveytime the sound has to play i don’t hear anything and console says: Not a microsoft PCM format wav: sound/etc etc etc
the sound is a wav file but i tried out different settings because none worked. i used goldwave. which program do you guys use for making and saving the sounds and how do you save it, i mean, what format?

I use that wave edit program that came with nero.
Usually save soundfiles as 22 khz mono.

i didn’t know there was a wave editor coming with nero. i used it and saved it as 22khz 16 bit mono and it worked :smiley:
thank you very much, now the release of tankrace is coming very close

yeah, but it’s my own version and i started it months ago, before you posted your idea :slight_smile:
