well i’ve been working on this, improving on that, and i’ve been increasing fps pretty steady for days, problem is my vis stage is now taking too long, and the hint brushwork is growing way too complex. i have overlaping hint brushes pretty much everywhere, and while im archieving my goal a step at a time, i have come to realise i need some assistance in some of the FPS ‘bottlenecks’ that i encounter, i have pretty good ideas about how to cover them up but i fear my max map visibility will be exceeded soon if i dont consult someone who has done a map with blocksize 0 soon…
please if someone who has done this or knows a lot can help me i could send you my map and discus the objectives, the brushwork, and the hinting since what it needs mostly is new walls separating areas; as simple as that. im hoping someone helps me clean up the portals. it’s getting out of my hands now and im confused :?
