So, i have recently noticed that my silver Rhino and Phantom loadouts, have a white DD-PAT skin instead of that carbon fibre skin compared to aura silver loadout.
Is there any way to change this?

The only way to change the silver skin is to try and re-trade-up and get the other skin variant, which would be a 1/18 chance if you want the specific loadout card

No it depends of the rarity. every loadout has every rarity and skin.
Si if you want a specific loadout with a specific skin you have 1/(x<number of loadout, curently 9>) chances to get it when trading.
So as @HonourBound said, if you want a specific loadout with carbon skin you have 1/18 chances from trading.
But you also have 4.63x10^-5 chances to get it from regular cases !
