I got myself a new GPU about a week ago, and so naturally, the first thing I did was to crank the video settings all the way up to see how the new card handled it. Seeing the framerate at a steady 120-140 I kept playing at the super preset.
But now when I want to remove some of the not so important post-processing effects, after I change the settings, apply them, and restart the game, the video settings reset to the super preset.

Is your GPU a NVIDIA GPU? And if so, when installing your Graphics Card Drivers, did you also install NVIDIA GeForce Experience?
In my experience with the newer versions of GeForce Experience, I found that it likes to auto-detect Video Settings on games to what your PC can handle.
If the above is not the solution, have you set your ShooterEngine.ini to Read-only in the past?

I can’t remeber when i did it, but i had set the ShooterEngine.ini to Read-only.
