Vassili's heartbeat sensor embedded on wall - Victoria

Adversary Vassili throws heartbeat sensor and gets embedded on wall, no chance of shooting it.
In Victoria map, but it might happen in other maps.
Only witnessed it happening this once.

If it’s spinning like this it means it’s stuck and isn’t actually detecting anything, so really the bug is that is should keep bouncing until it “deploys”.
