Concerning the matter of jumping the gate under “normal settings”, it can be done on the west side. All a player has to do is run along the path of the two trees leading to the top of the gate, hit the “high point” of the slope at the end of the trail , then strafe jump right. The point of execution seems fairly trivial.

However, so far it’s been an amazing experience. I’ve been able to get out a map faster and of higher quality than I would have ever been able to do on my own
I must agree. This has been a fantastic experience
It almost seems like I haven’t really done much on the map (may be I haven’t…) We’ve all work on the areas where we are the ‘strongest’ - so, not only has the mapping been fun but very quick (because none of us have had to do the part we don’t ‘like’)
If you are planning on get a team together to map, I suggest pulling together mappers who have different skill areas: someone who scripts, someone who does terrain, someone who does buildings and layout, etc… It makes the map experience fun.
I originally second guessed my decision to join Iffy’s team (since I’m still working on my map…) I thought this might be a long process that would take up a lot of my time. It has not and has been a great experience. So much so, I’d sign up again if Iffy asked me too

Getting help for someone on a map is a good idea, this is how I and ringa work and it provides better quality and you can focus on what you are good at.

I have been playing this map a couple of times and found this:

In this screenshot the ends of the barrels are chaulked, and in the bend on the armor, there is a texture which comes up black/orange. This screenshot was taken in developer mode so here the texture its trying to display is the radiant/notex texture. Anyway small things.
