The in-game menus still get about 10 fps on my computer even though gameplay is around 60 fps. This has been a problem ever since the new menu style was introduced months ago. The bug affects every menu screen I have come across and is a horribly annoying and irritating problem that needs to be addressed. I believe other players are having this problem as well as I saw another post about this a while back.

Intel i7 processor
NVidia GeForce GTX 560m Graphics card
Windows 10 (was 7 not long ago)
