well the thing is they don’t play anymore and then ask for more us players to be invited

There is a good group of us that play. It just seems so hard to get a server even started lately. I imagine that once the patch hits it’ll be more active.
I guess it is worth a shot to do a Tuesday Night Fights! Pub. Check the other thread I’ll make.

I’m usually online around 6 to 9pm Central, and when I get back to college, it’ll be roughly the same time (but converted to Eastern Time).
And yeah, I don’t see many of us online much…I have seen anywhere from 8 to 44 players online, but never seen more than 13 players in a server playing a match at any time

funny, so many NA guys screaming for new players, new players join, NA guys happy, 2 days later start from the beginning

man even im most of the time on some empty server cause pug or server is full. deal with it

Somehow this game can’t keep people playing. How many people are invited? And why are there only people on during the evening? I mean it’s holiday season and few hundred of invites went out. It should be the busiest time, as people have the most time to play. At least holiday seasons used to be the best times for my ET servers.
For now I only play from patch to patch, but at some day it shouldn’t need a patch to play the game :+)

Been said a lot of times: it highlights the different issues that some people are having (gameplay, population, community, etc).
I don’t understand it either, there have been so many different people making it into the alpha (I checked old screenshots and there are dozens of names we don’t or have barely seen in the last months) that we shouldn’t always be back to the “one server each evening” situation.

Some reasons off the top of my head:
- Not everybody has holiday (I think quite a large portion of the players are working class)
- Just because you can play doesn’t mean you want to play. (For me the biggest reason is none of my friends are in the alpha and thus are playing other games. The evaczone teamspeak server helped a lot with this since then I can get a similar experience)
- People that do have holiday might go abroad etc. (As you said it’s summer holidays, people often go places during this time)
I think the EU side isn’t doing to bad though, thanks to the efforts of Potty, Seanza & Funk. (Maybe I’m missing a name, but those 3 constantly stand out in trying to get people to play and arranging draft matches etc)
US on the other hand… I can understand their complaints last Saturday I played till 4am to try and help them out, but after about 1am the server never became full again.
