I have ~100 ping on EU servers so if we’re within the same playing time, should be all good.

If you want you could try TAW (the art of warfare). we are a gaming community of people all over the world. We do plan to play in DB competitions eventually but its not the main focus of the group. We have members of all different levels and skill as well. Its really alot of fun to play together. Most of our members are in the US but we also have a few in Europe as well
