Updating the ET .def file
Hi
I’m coordinating the assembly and publishing of an updated ET .def file.
I am aiming to include some important spawnflags, update the instructions and include any relevant entities from RTCW and elsewhere. When finished, I’ll post the .def across relevant major forums and talk to Radiant about them including all or some of it in the future.
Here’s the best parts of what it looks like so far:
locking and unlocking doors
mappable weapons with ammo
mappable health powerups
brush leaking oil when shot
pusheable crates
a semi-working props_flamethrower
as well as some old news:
“solid” spawnflag on misc_model
a misc_model as a script_mover or func_explosive
func_static triggering when shot/ hurt
mirrors and cameras
teleports
displaying text onscreen
