If you want to easily check for yourself there is a free diff tool called WinMerge which is rather handy. You can load up your old config then compare it to this one and it will show the difference.

The vortex one helps wit gun flash n explosives it cant go anymore tho they limited it with the patch. But it should help a little till they add the option ingame to disable gunflash n blood n stuff. Just makes it more transparent.

Its minimal they set new limits so thats the lowest it can go with the new patch.

It didn’t raise mine, but it made it more consistent. pDub did a great job on the config but there is only so much you can do when you are severely limited.
