THE RULES AND THE MAP-POOL
Beside new settings for your server, we have also enhanced the rules to added some more details. The rules about hacking has been reworked to deny any ambiguity.

Turret Limit:
Every team is allowed to place the maximum number of 1 turret.

Hacking: Dehacking and hackbox removing
It is not allowed to lower the hack percentage or remove the hackbox as defending team.

It is not allowed to leave the area when hacking a target.
You have to stay in the following areas:

Reactor: Inside the building where the objective is.
Terminal: Only inside the glasroom.
Resort: Inside the building where the objective is.
Shipyard: You have to stay outside and on the platform. Entering the inside is forbidden.
Map-pool: The map Container City has been replaced due a map-glitch with Terminal.

DRAWS
This was the most discussed point in our old rules. Based on a technical challenge and not enough time, we have decided to make use of the well-tried decider-map!
If both teams can reach the same amount of stages, even when it’s a full hold or both teams can’t complete the second stage, the map is a draw. The progress of a stage will not be considered foe the first map, only the amount of completed objectives.

Example:
Team A completes on Shipyard at stage number 2 after time has expired 70% progress in hacking, Team B can complete 35% - the map will count as draw and a decider-map has to be played.

Second example:
Both Team A and Team B are unable to complete stage number 1, a full hold. It is also a draw and a decider-map has to be played.

The fight for losing or winning the whole match has to be played on Terminal. The roundtime will be set to 10 minutes.
The team that can complete the highest progress after the time has expired, wins the map and the overall match - so the higher percentage of hack or repair wins.

In case both teams have again the same overall progress, the map has to be played again until one team has won.

I really don’t agree with rules that can’t be enforced within the game.

Scrims with the EU rules help the balance of the game a ton so far.

Note that transfer supplies is not banned, you just can’t select it because all medics are forced speed/metabolism/lazarus.
Also, I see no point in nerfing operative even further, all his banned abilities are not OP in any way I don’t see a reason to ban them. His only job now is to hack, he can’t be useful to the team.

They only banned operative abilities that had no place in a competitive setting.
