UPDATE:
We have identified an issue causing some players to not receive their combined Expert case drop over the last day and have fixed it. Any players who did not receive their Expert case drop can log in between now through 01:00 BST / 5:00pm PDT / 10:00am AEST and play a full match to receive their daily combined Expert case.
If you do not receive a daily combined Expert case after playing a full match by 01:00 BST / 5:00pm PDT / 10:00am AEST for today, please follow the steps located here to properly contact customer support about this issue.
