any one else having download issues, I’m only getting about 5% of my normal download speed
1 meg/sec is pitiful

I just launched steam and didn’t pay much attention to it but it seemed to download like normal.
But I only get around 11 mbps max

turns out it was my ISP having probs, seems they borked a whole area. Fixed ? now

i found throttling steam max speed to any value can help with download problems
