I just got a update that was 55mb…hahaha…what was that???

I don’t know when this occurred, as I only logged on today, but I can’t seem to find any patch notes or related news.
Anyone else get this? Can anyone explain?

To clarify:

This is NOT a content update, at all. It’s only 5.5mb which means it was probably an NGS update. The game files themselves have not been edited in any way, so it was probably back-end fixes, or something to do with the anti-cheat. :slight_smile:

Does it have anything to do with the Steam Update I’m prompted to do when I start Dirty Bomb? It says something about a script, it’s called runasadmin.vdf. I click No and the game lauches fine anyway, what is this?

This is a good point. This would make a good deal of sense so that they can hand them out right as the update goes live.

NGS is also a good point tho.

Yeah some MS Visual C++ 2005 AND taaadaaa 2013 Redistributables, so probably NGS is doing something now, finally?

5.5mb for 1 single card seems a lil too much imo, something has to have changed. I have noticed more people using voice chat tonight, not sure if that had anything to do with it.
