Update stopped my ability to login

mine worked for some time but ever since the phantom balance update it never logs me in, it always gives the same login failed error and says to go here http://forums.dirtybomb.nexon.net/discussion/1222/known-issues-3-6-14
but it is not helping me i think something got fucked in the update because i cannot login if you have a problem like this where it immediately stops working for login ESPECIALLY IF it stopped working from the update and have a solution please let me know
