Update game? HELP pls!

A Game Update is avalible. you need to install via your steam client before u can play online? HELP whats this?

And im in Aus btw so yeah fixes? all there is, is stoker that instaled wheres the full game update??

Steam should automatically update your game. Now I only have the shared US_EU version so I don’t know which changes exist in the Australian version (if there is any difference at all).

If the automatic download doesn’t start, go to the steam, click on the library and select downloads In the drop down column. You can then force the update to start there. Installation should be automatic and you should be able to enter the game and play from there right as soon as the update is done.

I had the same issue.

Go into ‘manage downloads’ and click the download button that is on the far right next to the Dirty Bomb listing (it’s the gray square with an arrow facing a perpendicular line)

Scroll over the the main heading Library to make the drop down menu appear. Downloads is at the bottom of the list

That’s weird. Are you sure that game hasn’t auto-updated already?

well i did see and update this morning i pressed update and than after it just took like 3 secs too download

Sounds like a failed download. You might have to lodge a support ticket I’m afraid.

That was 3AM for us. Try verifying game cache, restarting steam and/or restarting your comp.

Definitely do that first. Something fishy going on as mine did not auto update, even though it was clearly set to do just that.

@Clown @avidCow should i try and uninstall dirty bomb and install again will my stuff still be on there? and will i still get the obsidian phoenix (already got him)

You’ll still keep everything, but just try verifying game cache first.

  1. Go to Steam Library
  2. Right click Dirty Bomb
  3. Select properties
  4. Go to Local Files tab
  5. Verify integrity of game cache
