You can see cloaked Phantom, just playtested it with some friends the other day, you just can’t SPOT a cloaked Phantom.

I think you’ll find that many of DB’s players care more about enjoying the character than just their position on the Leaderboard. If I feel I’m doing an amazing job on Sparks, and I happen to be second, I’m not usually angry. Unless it’s a recon outdoing me solely because of spot or something dumb.
