I found this image file a while back that had a list of the good loadouts to use for all of the mercs. This image has not been updated in a while so I was wondering if someone has the link to some other variant or up to date version of this.

Only ones missing are:-
Stoker: T65, M55/61, and S95
Phoenix: KE73/81, CR43, C41/83
Redeye: G41 (Melee), G75, P52/75, D75
Also Nader on that one now has SM41 as their top tier too, and Sawbonez who has the SM72.
All the others are still accurate.

If you play Fletcher, you should consider BL33 as another serious alternative. Fletcher requiring a lot of switching between your stickies and your primary/secondary, quickdraw is an extremely good perk for him. BL32 is still a very potent choice however. I wouldn’t recommand any shotgun loadouts though as their lack of range is far too hindering, but if you still wish to use one, there’s nothing better than A31.
