So after few patches, we are able to hear most of the merc quotes by pressing V and hearing lots of different statements.
Calling out medic/ammo with V 2 1, V 2 2 is the most used ones, and saying Let’s go! at the beginning of the match with V 3 2(I always do this to pump up me and my team mates), Disarm the C4 with V 3 5, Defend the objective with V 3 4, and Reinforce the Defense/Attack with V 3 7/8, etc. is quite frequently used.
But still, some of the quotes like ‘Clear the mines’ are not really used, and it is also not that useful to press V just for that.
So what I thought about was what if the quotes just automatically comes out, based on certain situations just like ‘Planting the C4’ quote comes out when he/she is planting?
For example, if you step on the mine and injured, your merc says the ‘Clear the mines’ section quotes by his/her self.
Phoenix is the best merc indeed to hear various quotes, but I think others are still losing its own attraction by unused/hard to use quotes.
p.s. not really important but SD can you add the unused quotes for machine gun’s reload in-game?
I’m desperate to hear Fragger saying Reloading the BEAST! when he reloads his K-121, and Thunder saying ‘Changing belt!’ when reloading MK.46.(They both have changing belt, or changing belt here! quotes)
