Unplayable ping on US servers?

Logged on for the first time today just now, and I noticed all of the US servers have 200-300 ping for me. I live in southern British Columbia, and usually play with 20-80 ping on US servers.
I noticed there were a few more people than usual who were also over 200 ping in the games I tried, but there were still people who were well under 100 ping.

Is anyone else having this issue? All other servers are normal, I have less ping playing in Asia or Europe.
Seattle servers are pretty bad for me for some reason, they lag out a lot even on good days, but they still only display 20-30 ping. Only this time they’re displaying 200 ping, and 600 in New York!

usually there is something happened to it, like months ago a terrorist organization snipping fiber optics and land lines on bay area.
