Realized that after the hotfix maintenance on Oct 15, you’d get this error message when trying to buy cases from the store. I’m not sure about the other stuff on the store though. Hope that the devs would fix this soon, hoping to support the game by buying a few cases every now and then. 
Also, the image feature for the forums seems off, I’m not sure if it’s just me but i can’t insert an image directly.
