Phantom needs a buff: not a new map. - His cloak needs to be useful on ANY map, not just one. (Excluding teamwork.)

“carte” as in “card”, i.e. loadout card.

@Garox_ what do you mean by “Vassili météore”? Is “météore” the in-game French translation of Obsidian?
