Steps to reproduce:
Pubs: Jump up from the corner on the ground by the bomb and hold f until your merc clips and locks the refuse. Only works if you got the press once to complete action option on. Only ‘tall’ mercs can do it
Ranked: place and type of station or tool on the ground and jump onto it then hold f the repair through the barrier

You begin and can finish the defuse
