Nooooo why would you report this :frowning: it’s harmless! You can’t kill anyone while under the map. It’s just funny watching people try to find you or seeing you half in the wall and not being able to kill you. It’s also not something you’d want to do all of the time. It was fun while it lasted. :smiley:

To get under the map, there may be more than one spot. But some guy showed me how to do it near the attackers spawn on the first objective. If you go to the right side, right after the small drop off, there’s a window to the right on the building. Get on the box, jump towards the window, and crouch. Then you’ll be inside the map. You can’t kill anyone because walls block you and as far as i know, there’s no way to get out of it (so you can’t sneak up behind the enemy or anything). The only way to get out is to die. I’ll take a video and submit it somewhere if necessary.

You can kill people from under the map, but I’m not going to tell how here, because it is pretty fucked up and ruins the game.

If developers need more info about this they can PM me and I’ll show them how. But I doubt anyone will take care of it. The bug/map abuse was reported months ago and nothing happend, so I doubt they will do anything now.

There’s been random threads on this for months now. Occasionally you can just teleport through the floor of the map, the same way Proxy mines fall through the map. You can also access the bottom of the map through the window on the first stage.

As I explained in my Proxy mine thread, I think it has something to do with bodies that are on the ground but not gibbed. I’ve noticed if someone is kicking around on the ground waiting for a medic and I throw a mine on them quite often the mine will disappear through the floor. You also can’t kill people through the floor when you’re under the map but you can gib bodies that are on the ground from under the map, so I think bodies cause some kind of collision problem with the ground where things can pass through.

You can’t shoot people from under the map but you can use Arty’s airstrikes or Kira’s laser and kill everybody from under the map. It’s very easy to get under the map, Sploosh explained it in his comment above.
It’s also important to mention that more and more players know how to do it and it starting to make dome very annoying to play in publics. This needs fixing asap. Maybe make the window a hard surface that you can’t jump through?
I believe there are also other locations you can go under the map from.

Ahhh. Don’t think I’ve tried Kira or Arty under the map. I tried Skyhammer’s Airstrike, but it just shows up as a grenade. I’ve tried a few other abilities as well to see if this was indeed gamebreaking. :stuck_out_tongue:

I reported this bug via pm 3 months ago, but sadly they still didn’t do anything about it. You can kill people with Kira’s laser and Arty’s arty without getting hit by your enemies (especially laser is dangerous, because while under the map, you can point it perfectly where you want it) - this bug is gamebreaking so much I don’t understand why it is still there.

Exactly what Beryl said. This just happened today with a kira taking out ppl with her laser. She could also destroy Vasili’s ball scanner with bullets from her Stark. I never saw her do dmg while shooting people with her gun though. She got in by jumping through an outside 2nd floor window over air from a ledge.

You can damage any enemy items on the ground from under the map. Vassilis sensor, Proxy mines, Fletcher stickies (if they are on the floor), Kira/Stoker ammo stations etc.

Although you can’t shoot alive enemies, you can gib downed bodies if they are laying on the ground, so it is a pretty annoying bug when people do this especially when other players refuse to kick them.

How hard can it be to patch a damn window?
