Unable to Open Game

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, EVERYTHING! Every time I try to open up the game, it crashes. I open through the launcher, it opens the Splash Screen and xIGNCODE hacker shield thing, black screen comes up, and then it just crashes…

I was able to play the game a while back, but after an update I haven’t been able to play again…

Can someone please help?
If you need some kind of log file or something from the crash, please let me know and I’ll post it!

If you have origin or similar open close it. My game wont launch as well at times but then it said some error message. ( I think i had to reinstall nexon launcher in a new location already 4 times since beta).

All I have is steam and it was closed… And launcher is in completely different place

Do you have any anti-virus installed?

Yes, but I tried adding to allowed and also deactivating and still didn’t work

File not found, sure sounds like an anti-virus or download issue.

Anti-virus was disabled when you did the whole uninstall->reinstall thing I take it?

My anti-virus was down during the uninstall and reinstall of the game. It’s not the anti-virus doing it. :frowning:

It looks like you are crashing on startup, are there any .dmp files included in your log folder?

If so, could you send one over along with a new log file too please :slight_smile:

EDIT. Could you also attach a Dxdiag, your PC may not meet the minimum requirements found here - http://forums.warchest.com/showthread.php/33113-Recommended-PC-Specifications

I do have an integrated graphics card, but I was able to play just fine before…I can play plenty of graphic demanding games just fine…why is the performance so demanding on this game…?

It may not be due to your integrated graphics, If you could upload your DxDiag and any .dmp files that were generated from this crash then we can look into it further :slight_smile:
