have over 2 hours of game time, all of it ending up with me being unable to progress from ‘refreshing account’. So far I have tried the following:
- Reinstalled the game twice -> same issue1
- Installed steam on different hdd with new account -> same issue
- retouted exeption rule in firewall -> same issue
- Turned off firewall -> same issue
- Turned off firewall in router -> issue remains
- Turned off steam overly -> issue remains
- verified cache -> no change
- verified that latest drivers are installed
- Performed winsock reset -> issue remains
- Reset router -> issue remains
- pc spec: i5 2500k oc @4.4ghz amd 290 tri-x 8gb ram, 8gb page file , win7
-created new admin user account -> issue remains
Today at 17:42
- Updated dirty bomb -> issue remains
- Turned off firewall -> issue remains
- Deleted UnrealEngine3 folder -> issue remains
- Reset firewall settings -> issue remains
Now here’s the kicker, the only ‘support’ I received via the ticket was a GM asking me last Sunday if the issue was solved. yeah…
