Unable to load into already going games

Type of Bug:I believe it’s a GUI issue
Description:whenever I try to join a game that’s not in the lobby it gets stuck in a freecam of the spawn and there is no GUI or hud, my friend says that when he logs in a menu that looks like the lobby comes up but I never get that, I can’t bring up the settings menu and eventually it will kick me out or crash

Steps to reproduce: I just join a game that’s already in session
Result: Sometimes it crashes sometimes it puts me back to the main menu
Expected result: I expected to get into the game
Reproduction rate: 10 / 10
