I’m not sure if this bug existed in the past since I always set it in the config file, but since the new “minimal” setting was added I wanted to try this out because dealing with the configs and having to make them read-only all the time is more work than worth it if minimal is an acceptable preset.
Anyways when changing Thread Sync, the setting doesn’t stick. I originally noticed this when changing to another tab of settings in the menu or closing the settings screen. It would ask if I wanted to apply the changes even though I hadn’t made any since hitting apply, once I returned to the video tab or closed the settings page. I thought that maybe I had to restart for it to take affect in the settings menu since it says the setting won’t change until restarting the game. That didn’t fix the problem, it just won’t change.
