Um Just Got Banned For 2 Days :/

I just started this game a couple of days ago and today I get on to see my account has been banned for 2 days for using “third party programs” I never knew clownfish is a hack…for those who don’t know clownfish is a voice changer program for Skype. I never knew I can get banned for that. Anyone else got these problems or…

are you sure it was for clownfish? I know a lot of people post on here for getting banned due to programs that just consider everyday programs, like sandboxie and process hacker(the task manager replacement). I wouldn’t be surprised, since xigncode really just checks for any process that is/can hook or inject into DB - voice changer sounds like it could work that way.

I know it was clownfish becuz the only program I had open was Skype and clownfish automatically starts up in Skype for me. I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal cuz the program itself wouldn’t be detected since you don’t use it in-game, only works within Skype. But now I gotta wait a day to get unbanned. :neutral:

Xigncode looks for running processes and various other methods by which a program can hook or inject into Dirty Bomb, not just actively open/running programs; that’s the only reason i ask. A lot of times people think “I didn’t have x banned program open at the time,” but the background process was still running.
