If they do it like this MMO I play does now and then your name is entered into a random selector and it generates someones name randomly.

They will be given out over the course of a few hours through selecting random viewers. The program I will use is called Twitch Giveaways

That countdown gives me 17:00 BST (British Summer Time) but the 6th at 20:00 EST is the 7th at 01:00 BST.
