no crosshair in ironsight if ui_showgun is 0, its a bug or part of the game?

Always trying to play without first person weapon model, where possible.

please implement REAL ui_showgun 0 !!!
first the guns are ugly! animations suck, the hands arent at the right position, for example dont grip the foregrip at the position of the foregrip, massive clipping and so on.
no crosshair in ironsight if gun disabled - sux
if gun disabled, you can see the grenades floating in the air - sux
please offer more crosshairs to chose from
