UI models : BUG!

I was trying to add model to UI but terrible bug appear
IT DOESNT WORK SAME FOR ANY RESOLUTON: it gets smaller , bigger or it doesnt appear at all…
in some resolutions 960X(cannt remmember ) and 1156X(cant remmember ) it is weidly zoomed…
I tried to use Q3 Team Arena code for it , but it was same… I think it is engine bug…
trap_modelbounds ( or something like that ) seems to be ok ( returns same values in all resolutions)
resizing code must be ok too ( otherwise UI would never work properly)
so i think it is Engine bug
