[UI BUG] Change loadout card can fail when you have to scroll to the card

Often you can’t change the loadout card when you have to scroll to the card.
It mostly happens when you change the merc and want to choose the loadout card.
When the bug occurs it helps when you pick another card of the merc and try it again.
