Soooo, i just bought Aimee and im really really nooby with her soooo any tips for me to get better with her? q-q
Uhhm Aimee Guide? :D
Are you new to the game? If so I’d suggest only trying to get good with Aimee after you’re a bit more experienced, she requires good map knowledge and advanced game sense to do well.
Get a FEL-IX loadout card. Don’t use the crappy PDP or Grandeur, PDP is for people who can’t aim, and if you can’t aim then why snipe? Grandeur is just bad
You need to find good spots for the SNITCH to go, somewhere where the enemy (assuming you are defending) will get zapped once they push, so your teammates can easily take them out.
If an enemy is not defibrillated (and has full health), shoot them in the head, if they are def’d, shoot in the body any 100hp merc (or less)
If you know an enemy is low on health, bodyshot
Don’t push too much, snipers are not a rushing class
Aimee is an advanced sniper, if you can’t headshot, don’t play snipers until you get better.
If you can snipe, I suggest you buying Vassili first as he is easier to use, MOA SNPR-1 is the best weapon in the game and it’s only available on Vassili, after you master Vassili, you can start training in using Aimee
I’m Not Really New To The Game, I Played Over 100 Hours, But I Think I’m Bad With Her Because I Mostly Play Kira And Sparks, And I Think Thanks To My Sparks Knowledge I Can Land Some Headshots.

Thanks For The Tip Frosty Buuuut, I Sometimes Like Using The Grandeur Because It Makes Me Feel Much More Useful To The Team, I Prefer Throwing The Snitch Behind Enemy Lines So It Can Zap Them And Take More Damage, In Maps Such As Chapel Or Trainyard I Prefer Throwing The Snitch On Trees, But Anyways Thanks For The Tips
Try all 3 snipers out, utilize aimees speed and don’t throw the snitch in obvious spots or line of sight of the enemy team cause its very easy to spot flying through the air!
The fel is a beast if you can land headshots, pdp good to learn with since it’s most forgiving.
Grandeur takes skill to use, you need to time each shot, it’s a great mid to close range weapon though if you like aggressive play added with her amazing speed, great for flanking.

use the felix card and get outsniped by vassilis every time
The Granduer is the only viable option imo since it just essentially makes her a better dreiss kira.
I dunno what y’all are talking about… PDP is bae if you can manage the recoil, and if you’ve placed the snitch in the right spot it’s practically a one shot for Proxy’s, Aura’s etc…
@FrostyVampire. “The Grandeur is just bad” So I’m gonna be that guy and open that particular can of worms.
@ProfPlump Sic 'im.
I’ve used Aimee as my main merc since her release, I really enjoy playing her for some reason. I’m hardly a pro, but I do alright in Level 20+ servers. Some tips you might find useful: -
Aimee is squishy as all hell, but her speed is excellent. You almost always want to be peeking corners and taking pot shots before the enemy knows you are there. Try to blind side enemies and catch them off guard from different angles with the ground you can cover in such a short time.
Don’t stay still and keep firing, hit as hard as you can before the enemy turn their aim on you then run. Keep moving location all the time and always maintain your distance, get used to crouch jumping and wall bouncing to avoid enemy fire.
Aimee has good supporting potential over outright kill power. If you nail body shots or mark enemies with a well placed SNITCH (preferably both), you can still hit someone hard enough that they won’t want to keep going. Making the enemy hesitate with their push, or stopping a few people as they search for your SNITCH can buy seconds your team needs. Headshots are great if you can land them, but a body shot that puts someone low enough for an ally to finish is better than a miss.
Any weapon is good on her for different reasons, play what you like: -
FEL-IX is your go to all out sniper option, a solid headshot will down most foes instantly and allows you to fight enemy snipers (speed is your advantage! Stick and move!), and a SNITCH body shot will still down the squishy mercs. The main thing I find myself doing however is executing, it is 1 shot to take out a grounded enemy, and this can really help you allies push through a heavy Medic team.
PDP doesn’t hit as hard, but still hits reasonably well, and allows you to wasda quite nicely while popping rounds at people. The main advantage it gives you is you don’t need the pinpoint precision of the FEL, so you can pop shots continuously while still trying to get out of the way of teams with a lot of nades and spray weapons. If your aim is on point you can headshot squishy mercs down in very quick succession.
Grandeur is a different beast entirely, and has been growing on me lately. Play it like Counter Strike, put your aim at about head level and never ever aim down sight. It’s hip fire is awesomely accurate, and while in hip fire you don’t lose your movement speed, which allows you to sling deadly shots at opponents whilst avoiding theirs.
Snitch placement wise, anywhere on the ceiling or up high, and anywhere that is going to force the enemy to turn around in order to see it are good spots, as these mean they have to turn away from you in order to take it out. Get creative, I’ve found some very crafty spots just by seeing if I can actually do it. (As a bonus, albeit a very hard one to hit, the hanging lamps on underground over the first point is a confusion creating master spot).
Have fun!
Okay now, i want to ask some tips for Grandeur Aimee (since i like using the Grandeur c:)
The Grandeur is a skirmishing rifle, not a sniper. Don’t sit as far back as you would with a proper sniper. Get near the frontlines and start popping heads.
Avoid strafing as much as possible. It hurts so much to say that, but the Grandeur’s accuracy goes to absolute shit when strafing.
Don’t be afraid to get aggressive. You don’t have great close range kit, but if you keep calm and pop heads, you can get some serious work done. (This is particularly pertinent attacking on Underground, especially on second objective.) Your speed can help with this.
Don’t throw your SNITCH in the same place. Good players will start to recognize it’s there, and take it out. Find a few dozen places on each map you like, but don’t be afraid to improvise and chuck it on the floor or somewhere else nobody expects it.
In regards to loadouts, you can run any Grandeur Aimee safely. I thought I’d enjoy G52 (Deagle, Toothpick [Stilnotto]) on release because of Drilled, but I got G71 (Caulden, Beckhill) in Cobalt and haven’t looked back. Quick Draw will help in close quarters when you need your pistol and Bomb Squad will let you easily counter other Aimee’s SNITCH’s and Proxy’s pancakes.
@MisterBadmin thanks for the advice oh and that Proxy pancake, just made my day.
