Bugs aside, I think Brink is a good game and I do not regret my purchase (as long as you patch it until all is resolved!). This being said, there are some gameplay automatisms that should be implemented to smooth the gameplay some more:
- Players should be able to switch body types in-game. There are moments in a map where I like to play heavy, and moments where I would like to jump around. This can get really frustrating if the enemy team has a gameplay that doesn’t suit my game style;
-Same goes for the abilities, they should be upgradeable ingame;
-Weapon parts should be unlockable with XP and not by completing challenges, which, even if they can be completed in coop, are not why I bought the game in the first place.
And that’s about it. I don’t know if these changes can be implemented because I don’t know s**t about game dev, but I think implementing them would actually better the gameplay instead of ruining it.
