I’ve tried the tutorials for a few times, and it seems that every time the male instructor talks at the same time as the female in the intercom, one of them will be canceled out.
This makes it pretty hard to get all the information they are giving you

the female voice is also way to low in volume from time to time

The way the tutorial works is the man tells you that this place has been re-purposed for Merc training. He is talking in real time and the woman is a recording that auto plays in the background.
