Hey,
I wanna get all the achievements, but I don’t understand how to get the “Turtle Power” one. “Gotta Get 'Em All” ? I’m assuming I have to get the cards in all the rarities ? Or maybe complete all the Turtle achievemets ?

You need to own one loadout card for turtle of each normal rarity (lead to cobalt).
The loadout card itself doesn’t matter.
