Turtle disappeared after I purchased him why??

I bought Turtle with 50k …Now he wont appear and I lost 50k on top of that?? Why?? Can I at least get my money back??

Have you tried uninstalling tgen reinstalling the game. There could be a corupted file

^This suggestion right here.

This is usually the first question anyone in Tech Support will always ask you when a program isn’t functioning as expected, as it’s a rudimentary part of any troubleshooting process (more-or-less a Tech Support 101, in a way); in the case of Steam games, you should “Verify the Integrity of the Game Cache” first via Properties>Local Files> Verify Integrity of Game Cache; then, if the problem persists, attempt a full reinstall of the program in question. You’d be surprised how much time it tends to save when dealing with a Company’s Technical Support Group, as this is usually the first thing they ask you about; so it’s usually wisest to do it ahead of time, before you contact them.

did a search for corrupt files and it didnt work, I uninstalled it next and didnt work… wtf is going on? I want my Turtle or 50k credits back
