Try new dirty bomb ini cfg not 100% work

Hi, i wanted to try out the cfg of outc1der that you can found here outc1der/b/676293137
I did all what he said (graphic cfg read only, teamcolor, binds tweaks…) but my game don’t look like like his game.
I don’t really know what is causing this.
