trusted Player against HAX!

A simple kick / report would do for me, I mean, we all played with powerangry admins some time, if you dont like the servers policies, just move on to another, in SF before the Exterwin drama we had 2 of the most (public) populated servers because we tryed everytime to have the most balanced games, we had also our drama, some people didnt like the way we admined or whatever, but well, it was admined for the general population and fair games (when possible), hardcore gamers played elsewhere, and it was fine by me, I also played elsewhere when I wanted more skilled games.

Giving some rights (to an extent as there are no ranked servers) to some trusted players would be a good idea, a simple kick / restart / shuffle commands available to them, and a report system ON their asses to report them if they abuse it “Trustee 1 - kicked me at X time in N server for no reason”, with this plus an anti smurf system, it would bring more transparency to the game / hax / abuse (because community people are usually attached to their ingame names), the only way (imo) to bring more enjoyable games in ze internet where everyone is hiding under alias(es) is to bring more transparency, I might be wrong tho, but that’s the way I see it.

And who would check those reports, including bunch of trolling or rage “letters”? Another group of “trusted” people, this time nearly completely anonymous? Just no. Nexon/SD representatives directly? I’d rather keep reporting cheaters to them instead of potentially abusive admins. And I’d rather see them being busy with other DB issues, e.g. answering some crowded suggestion threads on forums, being more transparent about bug reports (is DB Solved Bugs and Issues forum even used anymore?), etc.

I’m not saying this should be the immediate work to do, I’m talking long term here, the easiest way to solve all these problem would be tools for speccing / recording and community servers anyway. Just throwing some other idea as I fear community servers wont ever happen (still dont know why they wouldnt want the cash generated tho…).
