it seems as though a true dark area can be made in a map but the player models dont reflect this. why is this? can it be fixed or worked around? im mappin for q3.
if you make a small 1 room map w/ no light…then goto 3rdperson view, youll see the player model is always lit even in true darkness. this isnt right. is there a work-around etc…
Maybe it works in JA. But it could be another minimum light value for entities. Or something.
