Trouble Starting BoxMap

When trying to load the boxmap in ET I recieve an error message:

CVAR_Update: Handle out of reach

WHAT IN TH HELL DOES THIS MEAN!!! HELP!!!

try erasing from your etmain directory a bunch of the custom files that the servers put there. These are things like custom maps and other files(usually end in a bunch of numbers ) like campain map files that you don’t need.

For mapping it’s best to have a separate clean install of ET so that it’s protected from all the garbage the servers put in your directory when you play online.
