Trouble launching the game with Bitdefender 2015 (sign up could not be completed)

Hi guys,

So yeah… title says everything but after searching many solution on either steam or elsewhere… I didn’t manage to pass through this problem even by deactivating temporarily the firewall and antivir of Bitdef .

So it’s time for me to call for help as i genuinely don’t know why it doesn’t work.

Is it really bitdefender ? I was able to launch the game when i only had windows defender so maybe yes. Problem is that thing was a bitch to work with. No way to stop or limit the signature update, no way to ask for exception or “game mode” to lower the monitoring… so bit defender was a better choice and all of my games work with it… except you guess what.

Is it a problem with the new update ? Maybe but between the day i installed bitdef and the day the update came out i didn’t tried to play so i can’t tell.

Also does any of you know if nexon and bitdefender contacted each other to see what’s causing all this trouble or… if a future solution is about to come up… I know this problem is almost 8~9 month old when i first tried playing on my old laptop with an old version of bitdef ( that time everything worked except my old laptop was too weak for the game itself) but i haven’t followed it since today.

Edit: I manage to find the problem and it seems to be 2 files being “blocked” by bitdefender.

No idea what they are or why they are here. But to resolve the issue i had to deactivate both antivir and firewall from bitdefender then verify the integrity of the game cash and download the two missing files.
I can now use the dirty bomb launcher even with both the antivir and firewall from bitdef activated.

But i still need to ask the mod about something.

Is it possible to compile/regroup most of the troubleshooting related to bitdef ? Im pretty sure a few of your fellow player would be glad to find it quick.
