Trolls in ranked issue

So how do we as a team get rid of a troll in ranked if vote kicks are gone
We were winning in trainyard, but this troll kep vote surrendering, becase we had 5 min left and couldnt get last core delivered. When no one vote surrendered he started team killing us costing us the match. We could have won with out him as he was dead last any way. With a high death count

If you are punished a certain amount of times you get kicked from the match as far as I know.

Had 2 dudes that were duo queuing (they had matching clan tags) leave as soon as the game started and never came back. I’m assuming they were griefing since it’s unlikely they just both DC’d at the same time. anyway they left so early that we couldn’t report them because their names didn’t show up on the post match summary.
