Skall is the shit. One of my favorite youtubers.

ALSO. When Hitler first saw the STG-44, he thought it was too ugly to produce. He didn’t want his army to use such a fugly looking rifle and ordered them not too. They did anyway.

Hitler was furious, until he saw the reports of enemy casualties. He let it slide.

People used to prefer bread with grounded bone and chalk dust among other stuff mixed in to normal bread. Why? It was whiter.

Many .22 LR cartridges use bullets lighter than the standard 40 gr, fired at even higher velocities. Hyper-velocity bullets usually weigh around 30 to 32 gr (1.9 to 2.1 g) and can have a muzzle velocity of 1,400 to 1,800 feet per second (430 to 550 m/s).

The tallest man living is Sultan Kösen (Turkey, b.10 December 1982) who measured 251 cm (8 ft 3 in) in Ankara, Turkey, on 08 February 2011. The part-time farmer was the first man over 8 ft (2.43 m) to be measured by Guinness World Records in over 20 years

Why do we breath in a paper bag when hyperventilating?
It accounts for approximately 25% of all cases of hyperventilation. The idea behind breathing into a paper bag is that you will begin to breathe in more CO2 than if you were inhaling normal air. This will then help bring your body’s pH back to a normal range.

Jupiter is the most massive planet in our Solar System, meaning it also has the highest gravity. If you stood on Jupiter – you cannot because it does not have a solid surface – than you would weigh two and a half times what you would on Earth.

Once upon a time, a psychiatrist talked to a number of criminals and came to the conclusion comic books are responsible for turning people into criminals(sound familiar?), and comic books were forced to make their stories “kid friendly”, meaning no cursing, no killing, no blood etc. and have a little stamp thing on the cover to show that it’s been approved for non-criminal consumption

If you’re wondering why we have no such garbage these days, for one, the focus has been shifted to video games, for another, Marvel went and took a crap on it with a story focused around drugs, specifically, Spider-Man’s best friend Harry Osborn getting hooked on them and nearly dying, which the board would not have allowed despite it doing the opposite of promoting drugs, which is why they did not ask for approval and printed them without the stamp thing.

During WW1, American hamburgers (named after the German city of Hamburg) were renamed Salisbury steak. Frankfurters, which were named after Frankfurt, Germany, were called “liberty sausages," and dachshunds became “liberty dogs.”
