Trinket not received

I think more people have run into this issue, but although I have gotten the 15 hours played and I am on my way to the snowman, I have not gotten the lantern yet. I have gotten the coal however. Should I just give it time? I`ve restarted the game btw.

This is a known issue. All progress is correctly being tracked and the trinkets will be given out when the issue is resolved. Anybody who has earned a trinket will receive it.

Sorry for the delay! In the mean time you can open a ticket with Nexon Support.

I was wondering about an update on this too. I still haven’t gotten the lantern. But as long as they are aware of it, I don’t mind waiting.
